My process is a revival of an ancient modality depicting an extinct society to recreate a paradigm of creativity.  Whether painting in mixed media on canvas or encaustic, this imagery is evoked from exquisitely etched Universal memories.  I draw from my own myth of personal origin and each painting is a realization of this story.  They are strongly connected with the ancient images of a “Universal Collectiveness”. Every piece is a quest for true origin and a return to the source of existence. Thus manifesting a thirst for truth and meaning within the layers of spirituality
